Some items are not taxable or do not carry shipping and handling. Items that are not taxable and/or do not have shipping and handling charge reflect that in the final price calculations.

Standard delivery charges:

All in-stock orders are usually shipped using USPS Air Mail Parcel Post within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. The arrival expectation is 5 to 14 business days. If your shipment does not arrive within 14 business days, please contact BOA to check the status of your order. The following delivery charges will be added to your order:

$200.01-and over $18.00


* For international shipments to the following countries add these appropriate charges:

  • For Canadian orders add $15 to above S&H costs
  • For Mexico bound orders add $20 to above S&H costs.
  • For European and Japan bound orders add $25 to above S&H costs
  • For all other countries please fax your order for specific shipping and handling charges.

* These international charges are for shipments of up to 3lbs. For orders that exceed 3 lbs we will confirm any additional shipping charges via e-mail.

Ticket Orders

  • All Ticket orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE.
  • Ticket orders received 15 calendar days or less before the event will be held at the WILL CALL ticket window on day of the event. Please print and bring with you the confirmation page that is displayed at the end of this transaction.
  • Children 10 years old and younger are admitted free for GENERAL ADMISSION seating.
  • Ticket orders not placed at the same time cannot be placed together.
  • No more than 200 tickets can be blocked together.
  • Orders will be accommodated on a first-paid, first served basis.
  • Ticket orders may not ship until 3-4 weeks prior to the event.
  • Ticket-only orders will not be subject to the delivery charge rates as outlined above, but rather will be charged a flat $7 shipping/handling fee.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All Ticket orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE.
  • All Audio/Visual Merchandise orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE.
  • Authorized refunds and/or exchanges for any other Merchandise item are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee (excluding shipping/handling charges and tax)
